    Standard New player, first deck

    This is the first deck I've built after collecting cards on and off for about a month. Since I ended up having a good amount of Electric and Psychic energies, along with some good cards of those types, I decided to go with Electric/Psychic as my first deck. I haven't entered any tournaments yet...
