I've seen both Drampa GX and Tapu Koko GX used instead of Vikavolt GX. The Tapu Koko promo is good as well for the flying flip attack.

I would play more N and Professor Sycamore for better draw support especially if you're not going to play any Tapu Lele or Shaymin. At least 3-4 of each for consistency. Additional Lysandre would be good too in order to target specific pokemon and get easy knock outs. 4 VS Seeker is optimum if...

I've noticed that the top players are very good at making quick decisions and good at recognizing what the opponents are going to play at every tournament. They also need to be able to quickly identify which cards are prized in their deck in order to come up with a game plan for each game.

Tapu Lele is also a great attacker too and even the primary attacker in some decks.
