Honestly I think Diance and AVulpix are good and both have their merits. I think it's just a preference. I personally think Diance is more consistent but Gardevoir runs great with AVulpix and a split between the two. I think Sylveon GX is too clunky, however.

I agree with everything Adi says but I'd also remove 1 Acerola (there's no need for 2) for another Diancie. It's kind of important to start with Diance in this deck for a smooth start.

Greninja is a tough match up for Gardevoir anyway. It can take time to really feel comfortable with a deck. I'd recommend playing some more games with my changes and/or try out some of Adi's changes. You win some you lose some.
