    Discussion Metagross GX/ Garbodor

Hi, been looking at Metagross recently after Gardevoir GX won the world championships, and of course, me being the eccentric guy I am, I came up with this for after rotation: 4:3:4 Metagross GX GUR 2 Tapu Lele GX GUR 1 Alolan Vulpix GUR 1 Mimikyu GUR 1:1 Garbodor GUR 8 metal energy 2 psychic...

Help How to Beat Metagross With Gardevoir? I Feel Like Nobody Really Has the Answers to it

Oh, wait... I forgot, you even have max potion since you are playing gardevoir. Also note that the effect of shell trap means you carry damage over to the metagross you hit on your turn, since metagross constantly alternates between attackers. This lets you have the option to use gardevoir to...

Help How to Beat Metagross With Gardevoir? I Feel Like Nobody Really Has the Answers to it

How about turtonator gx? Shell trsp for 100 (base damage + choice band + weakness). Metagross can't ohko you + you get shell trap's effect gives you 80 more.

Help How to Beat Metagross With Gardevoir? I Feel Like Nobody Really Has the Answers to it

Rush the metagross deck. Otherwise, try to set up on the bench, and don't act if you don't ohko metagross. Once you get that first knockout, they should not be able to recover. If they already have 3 metagross, you will have problems... So go fast and take the knockout bfor they get 3. Never...

    Discussion Garbodor Post Rotation

Garbodor definitely will not be as good, but players might begin building them differently to suit the disadvantage: perhaps an increase in field blower to get more items discarded? Their focus is likely to shift away from Garbodor itself and move toward another attacker (such as Drampa GX). No...

    Standard Deck for June Regionals

Also remember to snatch any opportunity to set up Garbodor, as it helps against Tauros GX, which I think is your worst enemy...

Not to mention a once in a while damage change to heal up yourself.

    Discussion Excadrill (Post-Guardians Rising)

I believe that this deck should not include dhelmise if eeveelutions ate played. U already can get the KO without dhelmise if you have choice band on. If you want dhelmise then don't use more than two.

    Standard Swellow/Victini/Eeveelutions

Oops, sorry I missed that about victini... Now I see it makes sense. It looks like a great deck!

Standard Need help to counter Decidueye GX...

I would fit in another hex maniac but there is no space to do so. And Tauros gx is the reason I don't consider a fire type damaging deck like Volcanion. Also, can't Wobuffet sit in the active and block abilities for you anyway?

Standard Need help to counter Decidueye GX...

Hi, I am a competitive player who got wrecked by Decidueye GX / vileplume and I seek revenge. Can this work? 4 Houndoom EX BKT 1 Bunnelby PRC 2 Wobuffet PHF 2 Shaymin EX ROS 7 basic fire energy SUM 4 N FCO 3 Professor Sycamore BKP 2 Lysandre AOR 1 Hex Maniac AOR 1 Team Flare Grunt GEN 1 Team...

    Standard Swellow/Victini/Eeveelutions

Also, I forgot to mention that if umbreon gx is removed you can take out an eevee and change all energy to fire for victini to attack in emergencies. Furthermore, you can try taking out one swellow for the ancient trait one from roaring skies as a tech.
  14. G

    Standard Swellow/Victini/Eeveelutions

I feel this is a great deck with few drawbacks! However I would suggest removing umbreon, thus giving you much more deckspace considering that you can remove 3 Double colorless energy. This allows you to add another trainer mail for consistency, perhaps a ranger just in case of glaceon ex, or...

Standard Lycan Libre (Lycanroc GX/Lucario, Future Deck)

Ok, I get it, but it could be kinda slow...

    Standard decidueye GX/Lurantis GX?

I think it can work, but you can pair turtonator gx with vileplume to stop opponents vs seekering ranger to remove the effect. Chances are it works as well as vileplume box. Maybe not as well in certain cases. It still can be a fun deck though
  17. G

Standard Lycan Libre (Lycanroc GX/Lucario, Future Deck)

If this is to remain a energy removal deck, I would continuously attack the threat and deny it from attacking even if you don't get a one shot KO.
  18. G

Standard Lycan Libre (Lycanroc GX/Lucario, Future Deck)

If that is the case, you might as well forget using crunch and just use accelerock for a higher base damage and turn the focus from energy removal to OHKOs, right?

    Waiting for Wailord GX.

    Waiting for Wailord GX.
  20. G

Standard Lycan Libre (Lycanroc GX/Lucario, Future Deck)

I agree with these changes the deck is far more solid and has potential to hit for far larger numbers, but I still do not get how you KO opposing pokemon if you keep switching their active. I would consider using only 1 midnight form lycanroc gx and less devolution spray. And focusing more on...
