Why is this card so sought after in the TCG Online community? It's a psychic type basic that either does 10 damage, and removes a special energy from your opponent, or 20 damage, and puts both active Pokemon to sleep. Thank you.

After the 60 pt attack damage it also says "you may switch your opponent's active Pokemon with one of his benched ones. " Who gets to choose the benched Pokemon that comes into play? The attacker or the one who is having their benched Pokemon become active? Thank you.

What happens when I'm looking for a stage 1 or 2 but can't find him because he's in my prize cards and there's no other evolved forms I can use. Do I get the Evosoda card back in my hand, or discard it and I'm just out of luck? So I use it, but nothing evolves. Thank you.
