I'm actually a strong supporter of this card over baby Buzzwole in anything that doesn't run Ultra Beast support (Beast Ring in specific) or likes to use it's GX attack early. Definitely my non-GX of choice in Zygarde.

Even if it did not state the damage must be from an Attack, it wouldn't work. Poison damage is applied inbetween turns, not during turns.

We don't know that Palkia and Dialga are in the set yet, if my memory serves me.
