First of all, I love this card. It's not absolutely broken, but still really good. I was thinking maybe this with the new Luxray, because going first you can't stop items. It wouldn't work every game, but if you pull it off, they can't Lele turn one and you item-lock them turn two.

I'm pretty sure it is an Alolan Raichu because in the upper right corner, it looks like an ear, and only alolan raichu has an all-yellow ear. then again, it could be the tail, and both tails look almost the same

Personally, I would want an Altaria-GX, it is one of my favorite pokemon, and there hasn't really been a playable one from what I can remember. Also, there are many ways to make it appealing, because it is covered in fluff!
