I don't know why he mentioned Pichu because it has nothing to do with the Pra_Mai file found in brawl. Pra and Mai are the first 3 letters of Plusle's and Minun's names respectively, where Pichu's Japanese name is just Pichu, so it has nothing to do with that data file.
