11x

based on pokémon tools. With slowking you can search for them and with dark slowking you can discard them, and... slowking does 20+ 10 more damage for every tool in your discard pile, so, First do 80 damage with dark slowking, then do 80 damage with slowking. With porygon2 u can do 60 damage and confuse your opponent with only 1 scramble energy. With his poké-power you can take pokémon tools back into your hand. This works perfectly with his first attack, first, attach all tools from your hand to all your pokémon, then use data retrieval. draw cards until you have 8 cards in your hand, next turn, take all pokémon tools back into your hand.

lol: tool stands for:
Tools
Observe
Overpower

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - iceman86 - 03-04-2006 05:44 AM

well, I still quite don't like it since it has 3 evolution lines. A strong deck should have a focus. Since you are running a Pokemon tool deck, why not play more Dark Slowking? I guess you are really obsessed with mew ex since you have it in all of your suggested decklist but it's fine though. Lol! no offense kay!! Toungue

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-04-2006 05:57 AM

I only lost 3 times with the old version of this deck, twice on city championship and once on another tournament
it had +1 eevee and -1 mew ex, and some other unowns
I don't have any more dark slowking, and the other slowking is much more usefull

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Charizard - 03-04-2006 06:58 AM

For slowking line, you can try 2item finder slwoking and 2dark slowking. I don't think Celebi ex fits in your deck. Anyway, I think you should play with at least 6 card drawing supporterWink

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-04-2006 07:02 AM

read the pory2 technique, it's easy to use, and with all the berries it's no HP sacrifice.

-Unown U
-celebi ex
+3x Mary's request

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - iceman86 - 03-04-2006 04:34 PM

you can also add 1 more espeon ex, it's fun to use it. besides, to back up your other pokemon.

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - dragon master - 03-04-2006 04:41 PM

Take out the two slowking and add two dark slowking

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - kravenace - 03-04-2006 05:15 PM

well... if you're gonna put 1 espy ex y not put 4!??!?! anyway its just support.... and put some super scoop ups Big Grin

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - DAINAI - 03-05-2006 12:24 AM

POKEMON 14

4 Jirachi DX
4 Slowpoke
3 Dark slowking
3 Slowking UF

TRAINER 32

2 Protective orb
2 Solid rage
3 Strength charm
2 Roc ball
3 Celio network
2 Fluffy berry
2 pokemon retriever
4 swoop teleporter
2 Roc admin
2 copy cat/prof oak research
4 Mary request
2 Giant stump
2 dessert ruin

ENERGY 14

3 DRE
4 darkness
7 psychic

I think you must focus on Dark slowking and Slowking UF.

Dark Slowking is your main attacker and he can whop your defending pokemon turn 2 by using swoop teleporter, change jirachi to slowpoke, then evolves it into dark slowking. The reason why i put in Roc ball is you can search your deck for dark pokemon/rocket as well since roc ball is not a supporter card.Set up another Slowking on your bench, its power let you search a pokemon tool and then discarded by D.slowking's attack.Ferigatr would be a threat to your strategy, its pull down attack can reduce your hand cards till 4.So,Mary request is your main drawing engine.you can also attach darkness energy to it and boost D.slowking's attack.

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-05-2006 01:12 AM

pory2 can put tools back in my hand, and with only orange, sitrus and charm( almost directly end up in the discard pile), slowking's attack does almost directly 80 damage, besides, pory2 can do 60 and confuse.
dark slowking is just an extra, he's useful to discard my tools and does a lot of damage. He's also fun to irritate my opponent.
I live in Belgium, I lost in the city championship against, this dutch guy, he's the best of the Netherlands. I was angry, CITY and he comes from another country Sad. But this deck proved his almost invincibility more then once. Maybe (low chance) I will win Belgium and go to worlds.

no more mew exSadSadSad(I'm not sick, I only have 1 type of energy in this deck so no need for a "weak" ex(he's just not good in this deck, that's all)), more slowking, less pory and eevee, more Mary.
I really need help with this deck, it's a legend where I play, but the players there still have around 30 energies in their deck and almost no trainers (most of them)--> no challenge.
this weekend it's regional championship and I will not be happy with 2nd place, or 3th place, or 4th place, or every place after that Smile
EDIT: I was 4th

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-20-2006 08:48 AM

I'm so sorry everyone, I double posted because I still need help. it wasn't even on the first page of the deck garage anymoreSad
help!!!
< going to Benelux with this deck, and doesn't want to lose.

I really needed to double post Sad, don't punish me Sad, I'm sorry SadSadSadSadSadSadSad

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-20-2006 02:05 PM

If you want, keep your original deck except you take out one Eevee for a Dark Slowking, and switch the eevee to the one with call for family. (It wont let you use Devo-flash! ^^)

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - zwelgbelg - 03-21-2006 01:15 AM

I don't think the unowns are necessary in this deck because slowking can search for tool cards . I'd throw out the eevee and the espeon ex . That gives you 3 extra spaces: Certainly put in surpirise! time machine, so you can search for a tool with slowking and then switch him with dark slowking so you can discard it. And when they are not needed, dark slowking can discard them to do more damage. So replace eevee and espeon ex with surprise! time machine. Keep the unowns in anyways they might comi in handy, especially unown H i guess.
I'm not saying this is better or you have to do your deck like this, just some suggestions

cya

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 07:21 AM

the reason for espeon ex is that he's easy to get, easy to play, has a low attack cost and has no retreat cost. a good defender, it gives me time to get many tools in my discard pile, like strength charm and oran berry. I don't like dark slowking much, because it has a limit in the time it can do 80, while slowking can keep on doing 80. Dark slowking is a good card, he's fun to use. But he's to weak, I think 2 is enough.

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 07:54 AM

If you play slowking, you HAVE to play Dark Slowking!!

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 07:56 AM

he can only do 80 for a small time, and he discards tools without using them, this is why slowking is better
PS:don't scream Sad

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 08:03 AM

I can't scream? :'( Oh well, I suppose your right, It is YOUR deck after all. Good luck with it! ^^

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 08:34 AM

Whatever, NOT MORE THEN 2 DARK SLOWKING, STOP SAYING THAT I NEED MORE, CAUSE I DON'T!!!
I'll stop screaming now, I just had to scream that, I'm done now Big Grin, no suggesting more then 2 dark slowking, ok?

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 08:54 AM

Okay! P.S. How do I get people on my buddy list?

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 08:56 AM

just type his name in one of the boxes

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 09:19 AM

Tools are so much fun ^^. Just wait until Miracle Crystal!

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 09:20 AM

memory berry

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 09:37 AM

Like a Meteor Falls in a bottle!

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 09:39 AM

Big Grin, yeah, I'll add it for shure

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Gardevoir88 - 03-21-2006 11:51 AM

i cant see it do very well since 22 energies are way to high. I think that you need to cut down your family evolutions and focus on 2 or 3 at the very most to make it more consistant that way.

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-21-2006 11:53 AM

look at the new version , it has 20 energies

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Umbreon666 - 03-21-2006 02:26 PM

20 is okay in certain cases, but I'm not sure in this case. Whatever, its YOUR deck. Good luck! ^^

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Charizard - 03-22-2006 01:04 AM

Use around 17 energies will enough since slowking doesn't need many energies.Big Grin

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-22-2006 09:51 AM

CHANGES:
-1 Eevee
-3 psychic
+2 Copycat
+2 Lum Berry

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - zwelgbelg - 03-23-2006 09:40 AM

good choise of throwing out 3 energies, there were really too many
maybe you can throw out 2 more and add in an exp.all, another tool and it lets you keep your energies Smile

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 03-25-2006 12:51 AM

would be good, but you can't discard exp. so soon

and I think the balance is well, I think 17 energies is enough

I can't remove more energies, because I need them, I don't have a lot of supporters because I need the tools

RE:   pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 04-01-2006 02:02 AM

-2
-2 lum berry
+4 Bill's maintenance

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - jiggly - 04-02-2006 12:44 AM

wow, that memory berry sounds cool, I like the deck
is 15 energies not too few ?

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - Kirlia7755 - 04-02-2006 01:19 AM

No. Good decks have 14-17 energy, 14-17 pokemon and the rest trainers.

RE: pokémon TOOL deck - jiggly - 04-02-2006 01:23 AM

OK, thanks, I have 16 Big Grin in my DTW deck, but I have +-21 pokemon in my DTW deck, but I need them

the deck looks good, good luck cute-mew

RE:  pokémon TOOL deck - Heavenly Spoon :F - 04-02-2006 12:47 PM

Bill's maintenance -> I can search my tools back anyway
                        > I'll have my unowns back in my deck
