Some nice card designs you've got going here, Kaito! I particularly like your choices of art, and how you've implemented the canonical use of Metal Coat (i.e. to evolve) in your version of it. One thing that I noticed off the top of my head is that the card names and the attack names are not condensed enough - this is an easy fix though, you just need to "squash" the name text a bit length-ways. Also, I see that you're using Photobucket to host your cards; I would recommend against using this particular host, as you can see for Scizor and Metal Coat, linking those images didn't quite work. I'd recommend using either DeviantArt or imgur.com for that.
On another note, you might like to participate in the Create-A-Card competition - I reckon you could do quite well!
