Unless I am incorrect, we are getting 6 Ultra Beasts in Forbidden Light:

Ultra Necrozma GX
Poipole
Naganadel GX
Pheromosa
Xurkitree
Guzzlord

However, there is no space for Baby Buzzwole in this set, as all 6 spots are already taken. (Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Non-GX are already out as promos, and perhaps they will be in a future set at some point.)
In Celestial Storm, we are getting 3 Ultra Beast cards, 2 of which can only be Stakataka GX and Blacephalon GX. The third, although unconfirmed, would make a lot of sense to be Baby Buzzwole. Does anyone agree?
 
Its confirmed not to be in fb set. So either we get it as a promo or in august set. Or never. We still waiting on a couple cards . Like tapu lele p type.

Baby Buzzwole is in the set though, you can see the entire set list here! What I think happened is that they either miscounted, didn't consider Ultra Necrozma an Ultra Beast or considered Poipole and Naganadel one single Ultra Beast. Either way Baby Buzzwole is in Forbidden Light, along with Ultra Necrozma, Poipole, Naganadel, Xurkitree, Guzzlord and Pheromosa
 
I never heard it being in august set. Rumor i read it be in novembers set. But rumors are rumors.
Blacephalon GX. Tbh it prob be 1 ultra beast gx and 2 baby ultra beast.
 
Maybe they'll balance it out by only putting 2 UBs in Celestial Storm, which will be Stakataka GX (confirmed) and Blacephalon GX (not confirmed but extremely likely)
 
I wonder if it will be legal for Pre-release, cuz...dang 120 for a single attachment turn 1???
