When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

105 isn't terrible considering the deck is pennies without the one Lele. I say allow it. Obviously that could change as the format goes on.

Yeah you always can cut Lele for something else and $105 isn't bad being only $5 over budget and I would cut something to make a 3-3 line of Starmie.
