From my experience in running my Ttar-Bats deck, following are some thoughts for your consideration:

I ran a 4-3 Zubat-Golbat line. I found that Crobat wasn't really "critical" to the success of the deck. When you consider that M Tyranitar EX only needs 1-2 damage counters on most Pokémon before it can KO that Pokémon, Crobat was relegated to a "nice to have" category. The 4th Zubat was important, in some cases, to have it waiting for a Golbat.

Hoopa EX is another "nice to have" Pokémon, but really not needed. Secondly, it becomes a liability while it just warms the bench. Thirdly, with a good Ball "engine," you can get your bench setup nicely without utilizing Hoopa EX.

I ran a 3rd Yveltal vs. a Seismitoad EX for several reasons: the 3rd Yveltal was more important for its energy-attachment acceleration; it was not a 2-prize target; it was the preferred starter; and chances were (given all the other basic Pokémon) low that I'd even have a Toad start.

Given the above comments, I'd suggest the following deck changes:

-1 Seismitoad EX
-1 Hoopa EX
-2 Switch
-3 Muscle Band - not really needed since you'll 1HKO most opponent's Pokémon; plus, your Sneaky Bites will help too
-2 Teammates - not critical
-1 Ace Trainer - also, not critical

+1 Yveltal
+2 Zorua (Moonlight Madness) - solid alternate starter
+2 Zoroark - much better than Switch and can serve as a solid, non-EX attacker
+2 Float Stone - for your Zoroark to easily get out of active position
+2 Birch / Shauna - more card-draw Supporters needed
+1 Tyranitar Spirit Link / VS Seeker

- - - or - - -

+1 Yveltal
+1 Tyranitar Spirit Link
+1 VS Seeker
+4 Birch / Shauna
+ 3 Mega Turbo - accelerates Dark energy attachment even more

I hope you find these comments helpful.
