Pharaoh Night looks a bit powerful in relation to the similar Ninetales. I would make the effect affect both the opponent and you, and perhaps you should make it so it is not activated when there is a Stadium already in play.

As a Special Energy, you'd need to follow this general wording:

However, for specifics, you should use the following wording (Ref: Hoopa-EX, Wally): "When you attach this card from your hand to a [P] Pokemon, you may search[...]evolves from that Pokémon and put it on that Pokémon. This counts as evolving that Pokémon. Shuffle your deck afterward."

I wouldn't add the "If this Energy is discard etcetc", as there is no reliable way of remembering whether or not the BOOST Pokemon was evolved into using the Energy, or not."

Musharna would also need some clarification on specific types of cards for its first attack. What happens if your opponent picks a Stadium card, Energy card, Pokemon card, or the like, that doesn't really have a specific effect? This sort of effect really only works for Item or Supporter cards.

but I'd like to clarify that the only way to evolve a Pokémon into a Pokémon BOOST is by the use of that Energy card. So, the discard effects has to play a role in it. (or is this about the amount of Psychic BOOST Energy cards?)

First off, you don't need this: "final stage". Its only advantage is preventing your opponent looking through their deck and not picking anything as nothing evolves from the not-final-stage-pokemon. The "doesn't count as evolving" clause should also be in brackets.

Instead of the "There can't be more than 1[...]" clause, I'd condense it into "You can't have more than 1 BOOST Energy in play."

For discard wording, you could go for the following [Ref: Head Ringer]: "If this card is removed from a Pokémon for any reason, discard any Pokémon BOOST on that Pokémon."

Ho-oh would be ridiculously powerful. If you have four Ho-oh, you could just put them all down immediately w/Battle Compressor and you've got a Tyruntrum-EX turn 1. Any form of Ability-based Energy acceleration is dangerous ground. ;)

Wow, Pidove! Your wording's gotten a lot better recently! There's a ton of improvement between now and even just the end of your last set. :)

Boost Energy/Pokémon is a really interesting mechanic, too. I look forward to seeing more of it. :)

There's just one thing I'd like to point out –– when inflicting Special Conditions, you inflict them on "your opponent's Active Pokémon", not "the Defending Pokémon". It's a minor thing that the beginning of the XY block changed.

Also, for Abilities that inflict Special Conditions, you "leave" your opponent's Active Pokémon affected (M-Ampharos-EX AOR).

For example, Cacturne-EX's Ability would read:

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard the top card of your deck. If you do, leave your opponent's Active Pokémon Confused.

You wouldn't need the "from 1 of his or her Pokemon" since an Ability is always on a Pokemon. :p
I like the concept behind the effect, as it goes for a lesser common strategy of tanking hits. However, I'm unsure exactly what is consider a "use" or "activation" of an Ability in PTCG, as things like Garbotoxin for an example is always activated. I think with the "use" wording, it means that only Abilities that require activation such as Propogation or Set Up will heal.

Anyways, "Ability" should be captilised.
