Standard M Sceptile EX / Giratina EX / Vileplume

So this deck is pretty bad right now. I'm just getting into the game after 5 years. I built what I could at league today after trades. I know some things are definitely an issue like having only one Sceptile EX. I do want this deck to be competitive. Since I'm a new player strategy tips would help s bunch. Thanks. I'm also willing to buy stuff like Shaymin.

Okay so you have a lot going on I this deck.

Idk if you should put all those pokemon into one deck. Probably 2 lines at most. Sceptile Ariados or sceptile vilplume. You have way too many pokemon at 19. I suggest taking out vileplume. Also having a 2-2 ariados line is enough. -11 cards

You can drop 1 forest of giant plants. Drop the 2 psychic energy. Drop 2 of the professors letter. Also remove 2 shauna. Remove the 4 level balls. -22 cards total.

I think this deck could use some switching cards like switch and escape rope. Float stone is good, but when you are attaching spirit links to sceptile, it doesn't get the free retreat so maybe take out a float stone for either a switch or escape rope(your choice).
