I alternate between Absol and Wobbuffet. I have fond memories of Wobbuffet from the anime, and Absol has just always been a really neat Pokemon to me. Especially with that horn.

I'd have to say both Team Magma and Aqua. They seem to be very unique as they are rival teams fighting for opposing goals, and I especially like in Emerald how you thwart both their plans.
