I noticed that on the thread, you didn't compare any of the same type starters with one another.
Grass Type is my absolute favorite. On Y, (my main game) I want my Chesnaught and Venusaur on the same team.

On X, I want Delphox and Charizard on the same team.

It's as simple as that. The way I see it, if I was to choose Chesnaught and Charizard, that would give me an advantage in-game. I don't want that. I want a challenge.

On X:
Fennekin
Charmander
Flabe'be'
Sylveon
Litleo
Pancham

As you can see, I like teams with lots of the same types on them. I train what I love regardless of mechanics.

I'm mechanically attracted to Greninja too but I prefer Chesnaught's and Delphox's designs. I'm going to go with Chespin and Bulbasaur on Y and Fennekin and Charmander on X.

Aside from Chesnaught, which I saw that you really dislike, how do you feel about the other starters?
