Barring the overuse of vitamins (though friendship does raise because of it), these are all fan mechanics; they're not exactly intended. HM slaves, well, no one really knows what they intended, but no one's to say it was that. RNG manipulation is a totally different story, since, if the will was there, any game could have it found. It's like saying the various cloning glitches were an intended mechanic (someone in the Emerald cloning thread called that out, actually, and we still don't know if he was joking).

Jolly actually works better for me anyway, so that is a definite plus. And no EVs works fine for me.
Haxorus I can fix up pretty quickly with EV berries, but thanks for letting me know the EV spread.
Unfortunately I don't have a shiny Pokemon from that line.

Your Larvesta, Arceus, and Darkrai are ready and waiting for when we can trade. The Darkrai has a lowercase nickname and its IVs are somewhere around the neighborhood of 3/1/14/29/17/31. It's also Timid and has no EVs. Arceus is Serious nature with no EVs and its IVs are unknown save for a 31 in SpDef. (I didn't check it yet.)

The next time I'll have Wifi access is Sunday night after 9pm my time, which equates to Monday morning after 6am your time. (However after that I have Wifi access on and off pretty much the whole week, so if I'm on chat and it isn't the weekend I'll have my DS ready.)
