Hello,
Last August I had surgery on my chest. I haven't been able to play since then, as I've been focusing on that and school, what have I missed since then? What decks are viable? What staples should I buy? Does anyone have a link to tier lists? I would really appreciate it if I could get...
I would like to drop from the tourney due to my computer breaking down, and not having another way to play PTCGo for the rest of the tourney. Thanks to @PMJ for hosting the tourney. @OmegaBatman wins the round due to this.
I think your missing the point of my previous post my friend. My previous point wasn’t calling Solgaleo-GX a bad deck, hence why I called it tier two or tier one. This deck is going to be good, instead I was trying to point out that the deck wasn’t without weakness, that you could still defeat...
Y'all are though. Don't get me wrong the deck is going to be tier two or one, but it isn't an untouchable deck like y'all are thinking. First of all, weakness only applies to Volcanion-EX and Ho-Oh-GX/Salazzle-GX, so if you have literally any other match-up other than that, this Solgaleo-GX does...
I think we're all overhyping Solgaleo-GX a little bit. Its ability is great to remove weakness, but I think we forget Altar of the Sunne is a thing and that hasn't changed the Solgaleo-GX match-up against Volcanion too much. Although this is a better way of doing that, as Volcanion doesn't run...
Bad. Literally worse than the Energy Evolution Eevee in every way, and has a worse version of Xerneas’s Rainboe Force Attack. Absolute garbage card 1.5/10
Yeah, most decks in standard seem to be at a point where they either draw really well or they brick miserably, unfortunately there's isn't much you can do other than adding more cards that can help you out in situations like that. Although I bekieve my other points will still help you out.
1. Keep practicng: Most generic answer I know, but it's going to be the most helpful, simply put just practicing will help you predict your opponent's, know what cards to play, and how to deal with bad hands. Most likely you'll do better than a tier two or three deck that you have practiced with...
Eh, bad card. Could see some fun uses in like a Gourgeist deck, but I can't see this being used in a tournament legitimately. I could see some use of using Float Stone and then using Magearna to get rid of that to have a useful tool card, but other than that it doesn't have to much use. Too...

Nihilego-GX combo'd with Alolan Muk-GX is a scary thought. 150 damage off a Darkness Energy and Double Colorless Energy seems pretty good, plus 10 damage from Poison, 30 damage from Choice Band, and a potenial 20 off Confusion combined with a Kukui could OHKO a Gardevoir-GX (which is a very...
Design choice is underwhelming but not as bad as some people are making it out to be. I think this new form kind of confirms that this games isn't going to get as much development time from Game Freak as other main series games, which was kind of expected. If it has different typing I'll...
