I have recently been trying to grind games in TCGO to improve my overall play so I can deck test and be better prepared for my local tournaments. However, I find that ladder is a very poor test environment. Ladder is random so occasionally I hit crazy rogue decks and other times...
I did test team aqua... with field blower and most decks running their own stadiums I just felt like it was too easily gotten rid of and ended up being a dead card or used for stadium bump rather than the + retreat.
I don't think toxapex is D tier.. I would put it upper C/lower B. I have one deck testing it with vileplume to prevent switch/rope and another with wobbuffet and it has had decent results. I run Tapu Lele + Wally just so my basic isn't donked. I want to make ability lock garb work, but field...
Personally, I don't like elixir or aqua patch with quad lapras. It is a beefy pokemon that you just want to disrupt the enemy with. You don't really need to dig fast for energy or get powered up quickly because not many decks can shut you down quickly.

I just haven't found any situations where they would have the ability to retreat and it is stopped by dugtrio. Usually the opponent either has a powered Pokémon and the energy attached is already enough for +1 retreat (lapras with 2 retreat but 3 energy to attack) or I Lysander up an empty...
