If Dragonair is a water type, aqua patch will help this Dragonite out. I can see this as an option for a deck seeking to only have single prize Pokemon in play. What electric-type can pair well with this? Single prize only please.
When prize money is on the line, it makes sense to move in this "more exclusive" direction. Some people who go for the fun of the event and the "maybe I'll get lucky" idea will be put off, but The Pokemon Company has to make it manageable for them and the quality of their events.
With Quagsire and Aqua Patch in Standard format, I see Vaporeon GX being one of the best. I adore Jolteon GX as well, and Lost Thunder techs will be nice with that Pokemon.

In all honesty, this seems like a set that will not be made into an English set. The demand would be/is outrageous, and I can just imagine the price gouging some people would engage in.
But I'd be happy to be proven wrong. So many of these cards are beautiful and belong in everyone's collections.
Seeing as I love a few metal decks at the moment, a shiny version of Magnezone is a pleasant addition. Not only that, but does this keep Magnezone in the game beyond the next rotation?
