Welder would be really good IMO even without the draw 3 bonus. Doesn’t have to go on fire Pokémon either the way it looks.. you could power up an Eevee/Snorlax on T1 with this and a DCE.

I would take out the Bulu for a Lurantis GX. Hitting for likely 80-110(w/band) for one energy while accelerating 2 seems better than what Bulu provides.

Yeah I’d go 3-3 or 3-2 for the Lucario line. The article on the main page today has a pretty good list, it also recommends using a regirock ex but I struggle to find the bench space for it (it’s also an easy two prizes against zoropod). Helps hit some key numbers though

I assume this Lucario stacks so if you had 2-3 in play this would be pretty ridiculous. Not only could you search out your Cynthia's but also rare candy's/Garchomps so you can continue to stream attackers. Also, fairy weakness on Garchomp won't be nearly as scary with so much metal love in SM5.

I love the possibilities Clover opens up in some unusual decks. Even in some potential mainstream decks it could be fun. A nice target for Alolan Raticate GX’s item search GX attack. Also could be easily searched with Algorithm GX. You could recover all 4 late game with Gardy’s GX, or pull 3...
