PTCGO Playing games without EX/GX pokémon

Theme decks don't include EX or GX Pokémon, so the Theme Deck format is your only option for that. You have to use (pretty bad) pre-built theme decks though, so you're limited in the cards you can use. The theme decks coming out in a week or two with Ultra Prism look like they could be better...

    Ruling Silvally GX question.

Silvally-GX loses its colorless typing while a memory tool card is attached to it. Ergo, Silvally-GX would only count as a single type (the one associated with the memory) for Rainbow Force.

Help Sun and Moon Ultra Prism Pre Release Length?

That will depend on a couple things. First, does the tournament start at 12:00, or do you get your kit and start building your deck at 12:00? If the later is the case, the tournament would start at around 12:30. The number of rounds depends on the number of people attending, but 5 seems to be...

    Discussion Sealed Discussion and Strategies

Is it worth it to play in the prerelease tournament? In my opinion, absolutely, since (at most Leagues AFAIK) you receive extra packs just for participating. As far as strategy: - Stick to a single basic energy type and Pokémon of that type in addition to Pokémon of other types with Colorless...

Help Questions on specifics of card text.

To expand on what DarkSentinel66 said regarding the first question: Volcanion and Turtonator-GX do not specify that the energy has to be basic, however the important part here is the text on Burning Energy. The card states that "This card provides Fire Energy only while this card is attached to...

    Help Tapu lele GX

    1. Its Wonder Tag ability allows you to retrieve any Supporter from your deck, which provides you with far more options in a given turn than you would have had without it. A couple examples: Lele -> Wonder Tag for the Guzma you need for a knockout. (In combination with Zoroark GX) Lele ->...
