No question about it, this is a good card. The first attack with: switch, escape rope, float stone (whatever you want to use) is incredibly efficient. Add choice band and the promo lurantis and you can be hitting gx's for KO's for 1 energy. Then follow up with max potion and you can heal loosing...
Ok. So far all I can see is that there is a lot of confusion with the point of running a Celebi. Personally I think its a reasonable idea but the elephant in the room wearing a Liberace outfit which no one has mentioned yet is we already have had a card that could do this (Cassius) and that...
I spent time testing the deck back when Kingdra first came out and loved it. If I was to build it again now I wound suggest running either Manetric EX or Miltank. Both work ok at the beginning and both use very few energy. I would also suggest running Double dragon energy as it helps when you...
Personally I think that it all depends on how much space you wish to devote to their lines. Slowking is most effective when there are large numbers of them whereas Garb works well with a 2:2 line. Personally I would pair Slowking with Mega Mewtwo Y but I think that it could work well with toad...
Have you considered dropping the Deoxys and Mrmime for (Tasting) Slurpuff. It gets you cards without needing to attack and also helps you recover from the opponent playing a Judge. Also you can use Garbodour when it comes out to counter bats.
I also play aqua hideout as a 2 of in my deck with the other stadium being a parallel city. Both are very different stall methods so it depends on you local meta. If it runs a lot of free retreat pokemon run aqua hideout. If its decks that rely on bench support or one of the 3 types run parallel.
I have recently been playing a Houndoom mill deck and I have found great success with it. I have played against all decks in the meta and the only ones that I have had trouble with where those that ran Seismitoad with damage acceleration (muscle band, bats, etc.). If you struggle against mega...
The first thing I would suggest is replacing the Zoroark for Keldeo as it is a basic and takes up less space in the deck (3extra spaces). I would then suggest replacing the Heatran and Jirachi promo for the (LTR) Cobalion and add Cobalion EX. I would then suggest dropping 2 professor birches for...
I decided to make a Cradilly deck a few months back using Stoutland (BCR) and Vileplume (AOR) and actually found that it worked quite well. The only difficulty when building the deck was trying to get a consistent T1 lifesplosion.
If you feel that damage output is the problem I would suggest using the Crobat line for support. Normally though people will use the chaos wheel more late game when there is less of an impact your opponent can make with their items.
I'm thinking of using it with Vespiquen. This is because it helps recover DCE while dealing with the mega Manetric matchup. In the tests I have done so far it seems to work quite well late game.
