I actually thought about that Dragalge but it rotated out and I'd like to stick to standard. :/

I've been trying to think of a Toxicroak deck. Obviously it will work extremely well with Ariados. I may even throw Machamp EX in there. I don't know what else to put in there though, if anything. Any ideas?

I have been thinking Yveltal Break plus the new Spiritomb when they come out. Going to have to play test a good bit though. Even though Spiritomb is a basic Pokemon, you still need 2 energy to use his attack to move damage counters around in order to help Yveltal Break do damage to everything...

Serperior and Zygarde EX will both still be decent. Everything that relies on Battle Compressor is done-for (thank goodness). Yveltal might still see play with a combo of Yveltal Break and Spiritombs being released. Also, i think Yanmega Break is going to be a good deck when Steam Siege comes out.

I have been wondering what to replace Korrina with in fighting decks like this. Any ideas?

I'm wondering how these StrongFight decks are going to work with Korrina rotating out. Not to mention things like Battle Conpressor and AZ rotating out. The loss of Korrina is going to be devastating right? What would you replace it with?

I can see it being ran as a 4-of, or 3-of at the minimum because if you're playing it, you have to see it consistently for the open. But the only thing is if you don't start with it in your opening hand, that's multiple dead cards left in the deck. Unless you want to run its pre-evolution...

You're absolutely right. That's why I'm saying the deck would be at least somewhat legit if Flashfire doesn't rotate out because Dragalge's ability stops poisoned Pokemon from retreating. But let's face it, Flashfire is probably out the door.

Are there any specific type of decks that Talonflame will work particularly well in? I can see maybe Vespiquen but I feel Vespiquen decks will take a hard hit if Battle Compressor rotates out.

To be honest, idk of Machamp EX fits so well here because he does not work with Chaos Tower, and Jynx is useless when he is your attacker. So if you wanted to play Machamp, maybe take out Chaos Tower for Machamp EX and just play 1 Jynx. Or if you wanted to take Jynx out completely, you could opt...

Also, I've been coming across a bunch of different variations of Ariados with the new Toxicroak on the horizon. Hopefully Flashfire rotates out or those two cards combined with Dragalge from Flashfire would be way too lethal in standard. At least that's how it looks from the outside.
