There are no Pokécenters in America, therefore you can't actualy buy them in America, but you can buy it online and get it shipped to America.

1. The people who like Pikachu because Ash has one,
2. The people who like Pikachu because he's cool.
If Ash started with Goomy, then these sleeves would most likely be Goomy sleeves. And there would be a Goodra GX by now.
