If I use an action replay code for 99 rare candy and use it on my pokemon or use the quick level up code is it considered a hacked pokemon if I did not use hacks to obtain it?

Not really.If you got the pokemon legit, then its not hacked whether or not you used the codes.So no need to fret

so far I only used those quick level up codes on pokemon I need to level up by 5-10 levels.Both my Palkia,Dialga,Lugia,and Ho-Oh were already passed LV.90.Everyone @ my locals always goes way over board I was worried thanks for the advice.Mods you can lock now

If they lock it, it will take up the same amount of space. (or at least that would seem so to me.)

Well, using hacked Candies to level up a Pokémon ruins the legit status.

The Pokémon won't be hacked, but it won't be legit, either.

If given Pokemon those rare candies received by the action replay doesn't mean that the Pokemon is hacked.

You know, on evey summary for each Pokemon it says where you catched it or when it hatched etc, if it says 'apparently met at LV ...
Is that then a Hacked Pokemon??

If it's "apparently met at" it's probably from a leaf green, Fire red, Emeraldn ETC Game Cart imported to DS versions. There is an option to Pokesav a pokemon with that message aswell, however.

Ok good, a nother question too, If you choose to encounter a Pokemon from the list on the Action Replay, and capture it example :- Capture a wild Totodile Lv 4, is that a hacked pokemon???

Its a legal hack. most people agree with legal hacks and say they're fine, other don't. (Legal as in they have no altered stats such as 999 HP, and it's shinyness).

I just do the Wild encounters, then breed them for eggs, so they will be proper definetly not hacked pokemon then, but I never to the stats one, that is just pathetic and OHKO cheat!
