Strategy:

Standard Gyarados! Use Sableye to search and dump Karps. Hit for 90 (or more, with Expert Belt or Crobat,) with 0 energy.

I'd swap the Raum-Zeit Verzerrung for a Distorzione Spazio-Temporale, sounds much better Wink

Seriously though, I'd fit in Luxray in here, its just so versatile. 4 Calls is IMO a must as well. So I'd go -3 Cyclone + 1-1 Lux.
flygon just might light you up. with 4 BTS... id would drop 1 for a 2nd unown g.

Flygon is not much of a problem in this regard. I can simply Cyclone or Warp him out, nullifying the effects of Sand Wall. Also, I believe 4 BTS is needed for consistancy.
I would say, Luxray GL!
But throw in a Palmer's. Spiritomb IS going to be played and you want some supporters too.
