Okay, to use an avatar for another forum / program, all one needs to do is simply say the avatar they're using, and then say which forum it's going to be used on. :3

Yeah, like d master said, almost all of the userbars use my artwork - the only one that does not is the Administrator bar, which uses a piece by Sugimori, as it was the only piece that would fit and still look good.
