i was told you like starters if you do i have all UT but i could train on for you if you want and i have a shiny absol EV trained to the best of my ability just started EV training but its attack is preety high

No. It is an event. You have to have an event for it.
Edit. Blastoise I will do it for a Shiny EV'd Maxed in 2 stats Charizard if you can do that. In SP ATK and SPEED. Must be legit.

Your Shiny Shaymin is Hacked. 4th gen event Pokemon can't be shiny. I have a Shiny Japanese one but I never use it in battle though.

Is the Volt Tackle Pikachu the HG/SS Pokewalker event? If it is I can do that for it.
