Full ‘Forbidden Light’ English Set List!

We now have the full set list for our English Forbidden Light set! As posted before, our English set is a combination of Japan’s SM6 Forbidden Light and SM5+ Ultra Force sets.

Out of both sets, the only notable cards that will not be included in our English set are a reprint of Choice Band and the full art version of Lady. As we already knew, the regular Lucario-GX will be transplanted into the Lucario-GX Box while its full art and rainbow rare versions will remain in the set.

Forbidden Light will be the first set since Plasma Freeze to have a holographic Trainer (Diantha), and is the first set since Aquapolis to feature a non-holo rare Trainer (Beast Ring). It is also the second set in a row to feature Legendary and Mythical Pokemon as uncommon cards.

Prereleases for the set take place from April 21st through April 29th. The prerelease promos are Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Malamar, and Lycanroc. While in past years you could only get the promos from an actual prerelease event, Pokemon will be selling the prerelease decks in stores starting May 4th, the day the set hits store shelves. This is the first time fans will be able to buy the prerelease decks and their promo cards directly from stores.

And of course many other Forbidden Light products will release on May 4th.
