Beast Ball and Phione Promos in December!

As I posted before, Japan’s December Gym tournaments will be giving out booster packs containing one of nine promos, including Alolan Raticate-GX. Well, now we know Beast Ball and Phione are two other promos players can get in the packs! Thanks goes to Bangiras for the translations!

Beast Ball – Trainer

Look at your face-down Prize cards. You may choose 1 Ultra Beast you find there, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you do, shuffle this Beast Ball into your remaining Prize cards and put them back face down.

You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).

Basic Pokemon

Ability: Ocean Whisper
Your [W] Pokemon can’t be Confused. (Remove any Confusion affecting your [W] Pokemon.)

[W][W] Water Pulse: 30 damage. Your opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Asleep.

Weakness: Grass (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Beast Ball is the first card revealed that’s able to target Ultra Beast cards. Hopefully we’ll get more Ultra Beast support in upcoming sets.

Fun fact: Beast Ball is named “Ultra Ball” in Japan.
