Shiny Rayquaza Promo Giveaway at Pokemon Centers

To celebrate the grand opening of the new Skytree Pokemon Center in Tokyo, all Pokemon Centers will be giving out a shiny Rayquaza promo with the purchase of at least one booster pack. The promotion will start July 6th. Thanks goes to Michael S. for the translation!
