Pikachu-EX from Legendary Holo Collection has been revealed! It is card #008/027.

I think this is the first evolving Basic Pokemon we’ve had as an EX in a long time (it’s like making Bellsprout-EX instead of Victreebel-EX). It’s not even a joke card, either. And there’s no Raichu-EX yet. But rules don’t apply to Pikachu. Ever.

When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
